Lazy NBCPSS in Braamfontein,Johannesburg.

I launched a case in 05 May 2025 for Enforcement of Collective agreement by Bargaining Council Section 33A(4)(b);Other - LRA (Non-Conciliable) Applicable Process.It took them seven months to reply and it was transferred to CCMA and I launched it at CCMA and they referred me back to NBCPSS because it's their due restriction.With the evidence in their disposal they will delay to respond (it will take seven months to a year to respond and another year to check the merits of the case and then dismiss it even when the evidence is clear and in their disposal)

It doesn't help the poor security officers from whom they deduct monies and it sides with companies that doesn't comply to the collective agreement. This NBCPSS in Johannesburg is very lazy.They will delay you until you abandon the case.I have launched the same case that was dismissed last year because the CCMA Commissioner(looking at my evidence) believes that I have a case and my employer has yo answer.It will take another year for the NBCPSS to sit for my case.

We need help with this Johannesburg's National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector in Braamfontein, 87 Cnr De Korte,South Point Building,2nd Floor. They do not take to long to help with cases and they are so lazy.We believe *****ulent activities are in high volumes there that is backed by cases with a lot of clear evidence being dismissed.
