Very Frustrated and Furious

I left my previous company last year April and requested my Pension Funds to be transfer to where I'm going(current employer). Since then, nothing has been done. This year around June I tried to do my SARS returns and realized that transfer has not been done, they requested tax directive and never submitted supporting docs for it to SARS, now I can't even do my returns because of missing IRP5. I've been contacting them every week speaking with different people, requesting same information every time I called. The person who is supposed to do it is Michell Petersen who keeps on lying saying she will do it but never does. You call she never takes your call, you send mails she doesn't respond. Last week Friday she even gave me attitude, telling me must she stop everything she's doing to do my transfer. Can a transfer of funds take the whole year to be done really? I wonder if these companies that are using this NBC company to handle their employees Pension Funds are aware of the nonsense and **** their employees goes through during claims and transfer requests. These people are useless and unprofessional.
