Provident fund claim

I was dismissed from work in June 29 and I submitted my Profident fund in August 22 for my withdrawal but nothing has happened even today so whenever I tried to call their office they put me on hold until I loose all my airtime they are really unprofessional when to comes to give people their money it really frustrating wha they doing to us with our money Uta has taken 5 months nothing.
