Complain

I was called by NBC umbrella fund, my Dad passed away and there's a Agteskot death claim case that they had to assist me with, ive got the worst service from Cheryl Anne Bouah she never gives back no communicate at all i have to be the one calling, writing emails and no response from her.. its been 2 months now till this day i try reaching out they always take my details and they never call back at all.. worse horrible service and level of communication.
