Provided funds money taking too long
I resigned on 31december2025 and I submit my documents on 12 January 2026 ...until today I'm still waiting for my money ....no communication at all and when I call them they told me there's no claim under my name and when I call my hr she told me that they are on process so I'm confused and angry because there's no communication

17 Mar 2026, 16:57I'm going through a lot with NBC they don't communicate and if u ask them question you won't get the straight as answer.....since January I've been waiting for my provided funds money until today there nothing as and when I tried to speak to my HR she told me that her job is to send the documents and she's been doing follow up because even people who resigned on 2024 they haven't received the money so I'm asking my self if nbc is legit or there s no money at all.....I need help pls.
