Extremely poor service from NBC land two pots

My name is Nomsa, I 'm very unhappy with the type of treatment I'm getting from NBC land. I have been trying to make a withdrawal from my two pots and I'm getting nowhere, my access is denied, I have left multiple messages for the fund to call me back but I haven't received a single call til date, I have been asking for assistance since the beginning of March we are in April now and I'm getting nowhere. Can someone please help.
