BAD COMPANY

I hereby want to complain or report my provident fund scheme by the name of NBC Holdings. I worked for Prestige now known as Bidvest Prestige for 19 years. We were told that our contract has end in the middle of August 2019 month and we must go to our head office in Lynwood to fetch our u-19 and claim provident fund. We went there on beginning of September 2019.

Only Department of Labour paid us our first payment, and i tried calling the NBC Holdings to do follow up with our provident money but no luck, they tell me to leave my contact details they will get back to me within 24 hours but ive been waiting for that for more than 2 months now. I called again the call centre agency they ae very rude to assist and hang the phone down.

Can you kindly assist me to get my provident fund money please or advice me what to do next.
