wrong statement supply

I have received the wrong statement from NBC HOLDINGS from 01/02/2014 and when I check my contributed fund on my provident fund they were written wrong even my date of engagement At Work was written wrong I tried calling them since 2014 till today it has not being fixed. I have joined Consol Glass in 01/09/2008 and NBC HOLDINGS SAME DATE but on my NBC HOLDIND STATEMENT SAYS I have joined the company in 01/01/2014 that all my contribution of from 01/09/2008 till 01/01/2014 is missing as their records on the latest statement says I have joined 01/01/2014..i have been in contact with them calling, faxing, emailing them and my case been transferred from one consultant to another still there's no help even my HR DEPARTMENT TRIED SEVERAL TIMES STIL NO REPLY FROM THEM...NBC holding ***
