Worst Fund Adminstrator in South Africa

To everyone who has submitted a review about NBC Holdings, I sympathize with you. They are the worst and they don't care. I have a detailed account of my application process and I can tell you that it's been a nightmare. Charmaine Kisten and her team leader Nyrisa Govender are absolutely *********** and inefficient. They past the buck and blame their IT department , SARS and my exexployer for the delay whereby in actual fact they have submitted incorrect and/or missing information to SARS which causes a major delay in the application process. SARS has been very prompt in their responses. I have lodged a complaint with Faisombudsman and I suggest everyone on this platform struggling with NBC Holdings do the same.
