WITHOLDING PAYOUT. NO ACCESS TO ACCOUNT. NO COMMUNICATION. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

NBC - How do you guys do business? ' posting on behalf of my husband Jefferey van Standen (ECI region A - ID ending with ***) No communication whatsoever. No answer to calls, no answer to emails. Access to the NBC land profile / account denied since I disagreed with you about last contribution. This is totally unacceptable. What happens to our funds, and why can't you pay out as promised.

Just a backstory to clarify the dissatisfaction.

Contribution to the fund was stopped end Dec 2024. In Nov 2025 the provident fund claim was finally approved, I have it in writing. " Your claim has been approved - please allow 6 - 12 weeks for payment"

Left it waiting until end March 2026, still no payment or any feedback from them. Eventually got in contact with them through Data Sure's assistance - only to be informed NBC says there is no claim, due to the fact that there's still contributions being made to the fund. After receiving this information we tried to get the proof of the last contribution date from the NBC land website (profile / account) but have no access now. 2 Months has passed and they don't answer calls, or emails, and still the access to the NBC land account is being denied.

How the heck does this work NBC? This company is being entrusted with funds for when people are in need, when they are unemployed, when someone passes away, retrenchment etc but you have excuse on excuse and lies upon lies.

How do I get in contact with this useless company to get the fund paid out. At this point I feel like sending the police to this place for theft because it feels like they don't have the funds, hence all the excuses, lies and non-existent communication.

Is there anyone who has received their payout as promised here? I'm only curious to know because I see only unhappiness and dissatisfaction on this platform.

I would not even give them 1 star if I had the choice.
