WAITING FOR MY PENSION MONEY FOR NEARLY 8 MONTHS

I resigned at Masana Hygiene Services at 30/3/2015. I handed in all my documents to the Company. I gave permission to someone at our office to enquire about my pension money on a regular basis. We lodged an enquiry on NBC's web on 26 June 2015. NBC came back to say they cannot pay any claims from January 2015 as they did not receive contributions from the employer Masana. Again on 10/7/2015, 31/7/2015, 28/8/2015, 14/10/2015 and 23/10/2015 mails were forwarded to them to request feedback on the process. Nobody came bact to me with an explanation or anything. Again on 30/10/2015 we submitted an enquiry on their web and indicated that the matter will be escalated if I don't receive feedback by 5 November 2015. On the 5th someone from NBC called me and asked for my tax number which I gave immediately. She told me I will have to wait for another 6 weeks as \some employees information are still outstanding". This is not acceptable. I worked for a long period of time for the company and there is no reason for the administrator of the fund to withhold my benefit from me for nearly 8 months.
