Very unhappy client

Okay so I've written to hellopeter before and I ddnt get a reply from nbc holdings, it's 9 months I am waiting on my money now I was told alot of story and I still keep on phoning them every week sometimes I phone 2 times in 1 week all I get is ur Ads has expired or ur claim is in for payment or management must release your money or management needs to check if ur account is still active well I'm still using my account so it cannot be closed I'm getting very impatient and frustrated but it seems if I phone them they are more frustrated or rude... I don't no what more to do because I am really in need of my money, it's money I've worked for, I have got 4 kids to provide for and they've got time to play with other peoples money I mean it doesn't take more than 30mins to release the money into my bank account, I'm really unsatisfied with this company and wouldn't direct anyone to use them honestly #WIN
