Very unhappy about my provident claim.

Good day I'm still waiting since January for my provident fund claim. I have been sending emails and no response according my provident fund claim. Calling them but no response either. It's not fair that I'm waiting 4months already. I need to know what's going on and what is taking so long that I haven't received my claim yet.
