Unsatisfied client

It's the 3rd I'm putting this company NBC HOLDINGS on hellopeter and it seems they not even responding its been 10 months since iv handed my paperwork in correctly. All necessary documents were given to them but I'm getting no reply from them I've been phoning every week since March month, sometimes I phone 2 or 3 times per week and all they say is my paper has been given into management for the funds to be released for the past 3 weeks now I'm phoning them again and they doesn't even pick up their phones not even reception answers. I've got 1 of the ladies direct line number but she doesn't answer her phone either. I don't no what to do further I feel like I'm fighting a loosing battle with them. I've tried reporting them to the pension fund adjudicators but failed as well as I don't no have my documents I received from them stating I belong to their fund I feel helpless and don't no what to do further ??I won't recommend this company to anyone I'm really in need of my money and I get no response from them they are really unreliable and have no etiquette towards their clients.
