Good Day, I have submitted a claim on the 9th of March, I haven't received my funds until today and there's no correspondence whatsoever, even when I call them, I can't get hold of them, please assist.

28 Apr 2026, 11:26But why don't you communicate with me as your client, and the last time I spoke to one of your team members, they said they have received Jan contributions, I stopped working on the 9th of Feb, maybe that's why you won't get my contributions, this delay is very frustrating on my side, since March without income.
