Unpleasant service

We have been busy with my late dad's case for over a year. It's been passed from one department to another. They first said the case will be handed over to the trustees for further investigations. The trustees took months to sit and discuss the case. Just when I thought that it is resolved, the case was moved to the tracers for further investigations, which poses a question "what were the trustees doing for over 5 months with the case on their hands?". That was February 2024. I call every month for follow up, the only fees back I'm getting is that the meeting has been postponed and I should receive a call from the tracers. 6 months later we are still running around the circle with no promising call from the tracers nor a reasonable excuse as to what is causing the delay and the endless postponements. Really pathetic. The agent I am dealing with is Mosima unclaimed department.
