Unpaid provident fund

Good day<br> <br> My dad went on retirement end of May. I have sent email to the company and Ziets with no response at all. This company is extremely unprofessional. I wish he has his monies with Alexandre forbes which is highly professional.<br> He has been trying to get hold of you and whenever he calls you are in a meeting. He has been with no income since June. His last month was end of MAY.<br> <br> He is even considering legal route because you are not saying anything. You promised him a call back but you never called.<br> It makes one wonder if this is not a fly by night company<br> Can you please advise. He is really frustrated.<br> <br>
