Unpaid excess funds

My elderly father (80) Selwalenkwe T Mokadikwa ID:*** filled out a claim form for excess funds from Nampak last year September . Ever since then we’ve been calling , most of the time the switchboard takes us from pillar to post with calls not being answered. The people who are Supposed to help us is Amanda and Charles whom are either not on their working stations or they don’t exist ‘cos we’ve never spoke to either of them . My dad is old and in frail health and it really hurts him that as his money is in some black owned company who are waiting for him to die then the family forfeits the money. Please help
