Unpaid claim

I have since made my claim on October 2024 until to date I haven't received my payment. I tried calling several times but because it seems like you don't have enough stuff my call be put on hold for about 10/15 min without anyone coming back from me. Why do we have to fight when we have to get what we worked for so hard. And I was told to wait 21 days but dololo my money. I want my money
