Unhappy client

I'm very disappointed with the treatment I'm receiving from nbc, first it's a struggle to connect with them,secondly you'll be promised to be called back you end up being the one who is calling, this guys don't answer their direct lines,I was promised that my matter will be prioritised but I feel I'm been neglected
