unhappy client

Two pot I have app**** for two pot early in September there is no progress on my claim but it shows on the my portal the money was deducted from my provided fund and also indicates bank account with the amount but nothing has been paid into my account have called numerous times even emailed for someone to contact me still no feed back and I have app**** before some of our staff members as well everyone got their payment last week already and I'm still waiting what do I do now
