Unfinalized claim payout

Feeling extremely frustrated and suspicious! Resigned from the company and had to constantly follow up on my provident fund claim. I obviously needed it for serious reasons. According to them, the reason for my claim being delayed is also the most frustrating part, due to a system error of their side the tax directive is not being deducted correctly hence why they cannot finalise my claim. It's been all most 6 months, and my claim is still not finalized. I am also not even able to check my statement to see if all information is correct, as the system will not allow me to log in. No one have reached out to me on their own and no feedback is giving without me literally constantly requesting for it via emails and calls.
