I am writing to urgently follow up on my pension fund contributions and claim. My employer, Dephethogo Trading, submitted the January contributions over three months ago, yet to date, these have not been allocated to my account. Additionally, I submitted all required pension fund documentation in February, but I have not received any confirmation of processing, nor any payment.

It is extremely concerning that, despite the passage of time and multiple attempts to follow up, I continue to receive excuses regarding the allocation of funds. This delay is both unfair and unacceptable. Furthermore, I have attempted to contact your office by phone on numerous occasions, but my calls have gone unanswered.

I kindly request a formal response outlining:

Confirmation of receipt and status of my January contributions.

The current status of my pension claim.

A clear explanation for the delay.

The exact date by which I can expect payment.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and respond as soon as possible.
