Two pot

Directed to Nbc is all a lie since last week on the 2nd of march did apply for two pot your system shows claim initiated nxt step shows tax respond,since from last week nothing has ever happened being stuck on same thing until today .when you call they don't pick up or you wait longer we using air time to call wen you get to switch board they transfer your call,that call you will wait for ever ,then you live your ID number, contact details ,and name no one will ever come back to you even when you use their portal to querie they don't come back to you even emails I send from last week until yesterday nothing been checking my app using their online am stuck on tax from the 03/03/26 But other funds ,sanlam etc their people got funds within the period of two days or three days even though they have pressure am sure Nbc they used to b making people wait this longer.

Their presssure is an everyday thing they must get used to it,even banks they work with too much load but they push but nbc you can't reach them

Seven days period is a lie when it comes to helping people with claims .
