Trash treatment

I submitted my claim / withdrawal mid-April, and the claim is not yet paid. I've called numerous times went to the offices several the worst part is not being given a concrete reason why my money is not paid. Even the ETA given was incorrect and done in purpose. This company really is treating people like trash they need to be reported to the ombudsman. They need to start taking people seriously.
