This company seems like a ****

I don't understand why our employers trust this company with our money. I can't access my statement online for the last 3 weeks. It keeps showing an error message, I called about it last week and the lady I spoke to could not give reasons (although judging from the reviews here, I am not the only 1 experiencing that). After 3 weeks they don't know what caused it and haven't found a solution to that? She just "took down" my details and said she would revert with feedback. Today they are not taking calls at all. So frustrating.
