They promised to pay my provident fund in 6weeks

They people fro talc called me regarding my provident fund last year may and they said Must submit certified copy of my , marriage certificate and bank statement Id did everything. Till today I've not received anything from them when UCLA Theo call centre it says we must leave the message till today. Please help
