They don't want to pay my Provident fund withdrawal

I app**** for my provident fund withdrawal in the beginning of May 2022. In June I called to check the status of my withdrawal. I was told my payment will be made by the end of June. On the 8 of July I called to check what could be hold up. I was told my account bounced. Imagine. The very account I use daily as I don't like carrying cash. Since then, when I call they don't pick up my calls. My last contribution for the money was in 2011. Were they hoping I won't claim it. It's my money mos. I want the interest gained on my money too
