Terribly Frustrated with NBC

<p>My late sister passed away in 2005 working for Setsebi Cleaning Services under Prestige Group & a portion of her provident fund was paid out to my father & the remainder or higher percentage was invested into Lefika Trust at NBC for the monor,since then we have never received any statement or word about the whereabout of the money or arrangements to paid it out until I started persuing the case & last year August called my parents and sent them forms to fill out for the claim,since my parents the claim it's been more than 1 year & each time I call NBC I get told about how the process takes long,they will contact me,I am still waiting for them to come back to me & each time I call I get passed from one person to the next,one time I called and was directed to the Cape Town office and the that office sent me back to Johannesburg.I am just frustrated about the whole thing because my late sister's child is now in matric and has to go to Varsity but the money that was meant to help him with his studies is nowhere to be found.I am considering going to the lawywers to resolve the matter.Is that how we supposed to struggle when our loved ones pass away?</p>
