TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Been struggling since May 2019 to get my provident fund money from NBC Holdings. Alana Brown the consultant who was handling my business kept on giving wrong information and never gets back to a person. Morine De Goede the manager is just as useless as she also have a different story about the systems that's not working and the IT department need to come out. Its just a different story everyday. They make me sick.
