Terrible and Frustrating Service NBC Provident

NBC provident fund company has terrible service. Staff are unhelpful and have no real assistance. I am extremely frustrated at the service of NBC provident fund. NBC has NOT paid my provident fund over yet it is more than a year. After numerous emails to NBC and no action has been made. This is very disheartening the money was entrusted with NBC and when it comes to paying it out it’s like there’s no care or accountability as a company. Please NBC get this sorted.

It seems I am not the only person struggling with NBC.
