Terrible administration and awful communication

I have been dealing with NBC holdings regarding the payout of my late father's pension fund. While the process before getting to the stage has been a nightmare in itself, while now being at the final step, it has been delayed for more than a month because of poor communication and terrible administration on the part of NBC. I have had to deal with 3 different people directly, one of whom didn't respond to any communication for over a week. We have had to ask for a break down in the time line for over two weeks and had to send an informal complaint before getting any response, and then once that was completed, the timeline they gave us was wrong, leaving out key details that could extend the process by another 2 weeks. Overall, what should have been completed by the middle of January will now only be completed by middle March because of this.
