suspected ***** from NBC

I have been contacted by Lorraine Sephodi from Tal Mkhondo Tracing and Investigations Services, on the 18 October 2021 regarding an unclaimed provided found for a company that I worked for it seven years , she send forms for me to sign and attached bank statement ,SARS document and certified copy of an ID, since then I have been contacting NBC to make a follow up on my claim they keep on saying they are busy with the query since October 2021,In January 2022 I call them they promise to pay the money after four weeks but they never pay the money ,I call again in February I was told to wait for four weeks again till then no one want to assist me every time I call ,I was told that the person who is busy with my claim is Lerato Gumede ,I spoke to Lerato she promised the money will be payed, Today on the 19 July 2022 I received 5,130 on my account coming from NBC , I want know if this is the full amount for the seven years I worked for and I need a statement ,every one who has worked for Nothesa cleaning services is having the same problem same have been told by NBC that there money have been payed while they have not received it, I suspect that they trace people and take the money on they own.
