Super Annoyed

I have never been this annoyed in my life !!! I wanted to cry because of anger.

So I have been calling the company every week just to check up on my claim. On Tuesday 17th I called. The lady I spoke to took my details and looked up on the system. She told me that she is busy with the claim. She is busy processing it. She advices that I call on Friday 20th. Hawu... I call on Friday. I am told my documents have not been received. Please take down the name of the person you talk to each time you call!! You will be taken from pillar to post. I find it very strange that you are told different stories each time!.
