Still waiting to be paid from March till to date

My contract has been terminated by my employer, and I submitted my termination of service forms to the NBC in order to be paid my provident fund, so I have been told to wait for two weeks from March till now, I am now running out of lies to tell the people I owe, my policies are lapsing, I am behind with the bond payments , but my money is there and I worked very hard for it to be struggling like this. Managers and supervisors are either in a meeting or attending a course somewhere. I was told the maximum waiting period is 6 weeks, today they said its eight weeks. I no longer know which is the right period.
