shouldn't Customer relations be solving problems?

it Seems like the person who is handling my Complaint at NBC Holding is ***********, I can't keep on phoning her and her number is on voicemail, I sent emails and there's no reply. I expect her to keep me updated.<br> <br> I'm deeply disappointed I thought the department was going to handle my complaint very well with quicker feedback but not at all, they are just the same.
