Shocking Service - NBC Holdings

I am writing to express my frustration with the service my sister and I have received. Since April 3rd, we have been trying to determine our eligibility for a lump sum payment of R10,000 following our mother's passing, but we have had no luck reaching a knowledgeable representative.

After numerous attempts and a strongly worded email, Mr. Anand Naidoo (Divisional Manager Durban) contacted us but provided no useful information and did not take any details. His response seemed dismissive and unhelpful.
