Shocking customer service

The most shocking customer care I've ever received. Main Telephone number has been automatically answered & I've been left on hold for the 4th business day in a row. My emails go unanswered or ignored as well so the odd few messages I get through; get no response. What type of fund Administration is going on there???? I've spent enough time & money trying to contact them! Disgusted x
