Seriously inhuman service and unprofessional

My name is JT Wheeler ID number *** and I work for Grindrod Stevedore. My wife Kirsty Wheeler and i got divorced in May this year. Kirsty is still to date waiting for her payout from my NBC provident fund which by law states it takes 40-60 days for payout. It's been almost 5 months with empty promises and every time we try get some feedback there's always another excuse. One person says it'll be payed by end of the week another one says they will call back but never do(because every time we ask for Michelle who is dealing with Kirstys case they can't get through to her so they put Kirsty to who ever is available) Why do we have to wait for hours on the phone everyday and sometimes get disconnected and have to start all over again just to be told lies or be given false information and false hope. The last excuse now is that there was an internal problem but should be sorted out by now and that they'll let us know by the end of the week. That was last week and we still waiting again with no response to calls and emails. I just want to know what is the internal error that they got and has it been fixed and when can my wife expect her payout. This has been such a nightmare and painfully experience and so stressful as my ex wife is going to end up on the streets because she needs this money to start her new life but can do anything because of the incompetence and being misleading info from NBC. And because NBC don't have the humanity to update their clients of what's happening and just leave them in the dark and hope and prey one day the light will shine. I'm at that point that if this can't get sorted out ASAP I'm seriously considering moving my funds out of NBC and to another company that has consideration for their clients and better service. And I'll be forced to inform any and all my my friends and family to do the same because this is not fair to any of us. It's our money that we worked our ass off for and now we still have to fight again to get it back.
