Rude Consultant/Receptionist

They don't deserve not even a single star. Few weeks back I called and one of the consultants picked up my call,it's a lady she speaks Sotho or Pedi she sounded rude and I let it slide. Today I called again and I was doing a follow-up on my father's case and same lady picked up my call she started off well then mid conversation she started being rude and I honestly couldn't hold myself anymore I asked her why she's giving me attitude and she said it's not attitude but you could tell even the tone that she's full of attitude, fine I hung up and called hoping another available consultant will take my call and no one did. Called again for the 3rd time same lady picked up and I asked her why she's always giving me attitude cos even the last time I called she was rude but instead her first response was "how can I help you" with a bad tone.
