Refusing to payout provident fund. Not answering phones

We are still waiting for provident fund payout and my dad has been out of work for more than 3 months now. Car and other things have been repossessed by the bank because this company is refusing to payout. We have been speaking to Ragash Pillay and now he went silent. No one in the company wants to help. I have no idea why South32 works with such unreliable companies.
