R.I.P but your family will not be looked after

<p>We are a timber company and to help out we gave them the option to take out a funeral scheme to help the family if something happend to them. Now last year 25April 2015 one of our employees passed away at home.</p> <p> </p> <p>All the neccacary documentation was sent to the funeral scheme for the death claim and for the funeral amount to be paid out. Today its been 1 year and 4 months and still no policy for the full and final benefit payout has been **** to the deceased family.</p> <p> </p> <p>How long still has the family of a deceased member have to suffer before the compassion and the policy has been handled and everytime leave a weaping family to their own devices in such a hard and terrible time.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
