Provident Payout Failure
Today marks 3 months of constant pestering. I've been unemployed since July and waiting on my provident fund withdrawal, no response from NBC what so ever. Everytime I follow up, they say everything is fine but the year is almost over and I still haven't received my payout.

Due to the two-pot workflow, your withdrawal claim could not be processed. Your two-pot claim is currently sitting at EFT released, once the two-pot payment is released your withdrawal claim will be processed. Apologies for the delay.
