<p>when the company retrenched us they told us to wait at least 3 months but I am now on the fifth month. Whenever I call NBC either the phone is not answered or I'm being **** to. They told me that they have to send Iemas papers for final confirmation but when I called Iemas they told me they have sent the documents to NBC for the past 3months now since then they haven't been answering my phone and Iemas sent the confirmation today again. I feel like NBC is not taking me serious they are not clear they lie alot</p>
