Provident fund payout taking forever

My dad is really struggling to get his provident fund payout from NBC. We have been calling every other week as instructed by the consultant in Durban rajesh and Bettie with no luck. Every time they have a other storie as to why the funds are not being paid out to my Dad. All documents has been send, he also went back to his old work place to make sure all required documents are send off. Can someone please assist as it's been 6 months now with no development.
