Provident Fund payout delays

My mom resigned from Super Care Cleaning Services in September 2021 and she worked her months notice in October 2021. Her provident fund documents were signed in November 2021, till to date she has not received her money. She been in contact with NBC numerous times but still no funds has been paid out to her instead of them assisting her promptly, she been sent from pillar to post by the administrators. She has spoken to Siphokazi in December 2021 and was advised everything will be processed in January 2022. But still no payment, Sinazo (another administrator) advised that she would receive funds in mid February 2022. Because she was being sent from pillar to post, she called again and this time Nomsa from Pretoria NBC advised that her final provident fund contribution has not been updated and that the offices in Cape Town are supposed to send communication to them to update final contribution. She's just been getting the run around with regards to this and she is stressed because she needs to pay her creditors and also sort out other personal stuff that she has. I urge people who's provident fund is with to know that this company is not efficient when handling client claims.
