Provident Fund payout

First week of January my company AECI submitted my provident fund claim to NBC till this day I haven't received anything from them I want to know what is happening with my money,their service is poor they either hang up my phone calls or never get back to me,how am I supposed to continue with my life while this is happening?? I have commitments but you guys seem not to be serious, I have logged a complaint with PFA I hope this will be sorted out quickly,I have been waiting for my payout for 2 months already.
