Provident Fund Pay Out

I put my claim on 1st of July its now 3 months down the line and I do not have my provident fund deposited to my bank account,The assistance at NBC is very poor,I've been asking for an update for ages but no one gives me a straight answer,I tried enquiry but there's no difference.They promised to pay me since September, its now October and no one has bothered to update me I have to keep contacting them.If going the legal route will make them pay out then so be it.I do not understand why they do not process my provident fund because I have submitted all the documents they required long time ago and still no payment
