Provident Fund Pay Out

I have resigned from my previous company since 30 April 2015 and its now 3 months dawn the line and i do not have my provident fund deposited to my bank account, the administration at NBC is very poor and i want everyone to know that, they have been promising to pay me since June, its now July and they are still promising, i am now going to take the legal route. I do not understand why they do not process my provident, i have submitted all the documents they required long time ago and still no payment, they will now feel my heat!!!!
