Provident fund not payed and no feedback from NBC

hi,<br> <br> I put my claim on 1st of June its now over 3 months and I do not have my provident fund deposited to my bank account, The assistance at NBC or lack thereof is very poor, I've been asking for an update for months but no one gives me a straight answer, I tried enquiry but there's no difference. They promised to pay me since September, its now November and no one has bothered to update me I have to keep contacting them. I do not understand why they do not process my provident fund because I have submitted all the documents they required long time ago and still no payment.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Duduzile Sidziba
